I have noticed that the students’ English level varies a lot in each class at my school. At first, it was difficult to engage all the students, but later I was able to manage this situation by grouping the students according to their English levels. When the students are placed in a group they work as a team, so the advanced students make sure the lower level students are not falling behind. This also encourages the students to focus in class. Using various materials and resources such as the digital textbook, PowerPoint, and online materials allows me to run the class smoothly. I have thought that the Korean students are very competitive, so I try to include lots of games and activities in my lessons. When teaching the English subject, I believe it would greatly benefit the students by dividing them into proficiency levels instead of grade levels. For example, the students can be divided into beginning, intermediate, and advanced level according to their English speaking abilities.

Regarding Noodletools
Yes, I did try the site. Noodle Tools is a database tool that provides information that teaches students and supports teachers and librarians throughout the research process. This software allows the users to search intelligently and assess the quality of results. Also, users can record, organize and synthesize information using the online note cards. This site also helps you to format your bibliography in MLA, APA, or Chicago/Turabian style.

Project task - Step 1
In South korea English education, multimedia has affected the teaching method in many ways. The Elementary English curriculum recommends teachers to use multimedia to develop student's English proficiency. There has been an increase in the availability of advanced technologies such as computers, CD-ROM multimedia, and the Internet due to a considerable amount of investment in schools over years.
Multimedia class materials and equipments can be used as a means of improving student's English proficiency. Many Korean students can not have chances of speaking English outside of their classrooms because Our country is EFL situation(English as foreign Language) and we don't have enough qualified teachers for teaching primary school English. Therefore, we need multimedia class materials and equipments for English education.
Fortunately, South korea has many wifi Zone,fast and easy to accesible internet and My school has has Electronic white board, tablet PC, Digital textbook etc. IF you would like to see this, try to contact my school website "http://www.chopyong.es.kr" I have been teaching my English class using CD contain class materials for listening, speaking, reading, writing, activity, role-play, song, and chant, and so on.

In order to verify the excellence of the new teaching method, My class was operated and compared to a control class that conformed to the conventional teaching method. And I proved that the web-based synthetic teaching method is more excellent than the conventional or synthetic ones.
To explore problems of the primary English, achievements in 4 skills of language were assessed on first graders of middle school who had started English as a formal subject of curriculum from the 3rd grade on. In the assessment of their achievements, very low rates were recorded. South Korea School English teachers shared the concern about the problems. We have made Teaching Share Website"www.indischool.com". I have known "synthetic teaching method through this site.
The synthetic teaching method was proposed to address those problems. This method may be defined as teaching 4 skills of language equally as well as linking it with other subjects to deal with a variety of topics.
To experiment the synthetic teaching method, 2 classes were selected in which 15-week lessons were conducted. A significant difference was found in the post-t-test, that is, the experiment class showed an increase by 7 points in the academic achievements compared to the pre-test while the comparison class featured little change. Higher scores were recorded in the post-test for interest and self-confidence than in the pre-test.
From the post-test for academic achievement, the experiment class was found to improve by 11 points while the comparison class revealed 7-point increase only. From the questionnaires concerning the interest and self-confidence in the class, more than 90% of positive responses came out in such items as the difference between the conventional and synthetic classes, between the conventional and web-based class, and the contribution of the web-based synthetic class to English study. Extremely positive responses were also drawn from the descriptive forms of replies.
Sacrificial efforts and will of teachers are first of all required for the successful realization of the web-based synthetic English teaching method. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide English teachers with the textbooks that have been developed under the new outlines of instructions. It is further requested to construct various multimedia environment for teachers, expand their opportunities for training in this field, establish and operate flexible curricula. Such efforts and will on the part of teachers should be accompanied by the active assistance and participation of parents and long-term financial support and endeavors of the concerned government authorities.

My class using ABCD model
South Korean elementary English is a subject that raises students' ability to understand and express the basic daily English. The main focus is on the education of language function-especially, spoken language education-which is the basis of communication. Written language education should consist of reading and writing simple sentences and be related to spoken language. Because of it, ABCD objective model is very useful our English class

I was brought up in Seoul then I moved to Cheongju to go to university. I graduated from Chungbuk University with a B.A in education. During my college days I had a chance to work as a part-timer at a department store as a section chief. I am outgoing so I am good with people and I enjoy meeting new people.
